WYME Privacy Policy

CAVESTUDIO ("we") provides WYME, a local-first casual picker game. WYME does not require an account and does not ask users to enter participant names.

1. Information handled by WYME

Data stored only on the device

WYME stores the last selected game, sound, vibration and color-assistance preferences, completed-round count, recent advertisement timing, and ad-removal entitlement locally on the device. This information is not uploaded to CAVESTUDIO servers and is removed when the user clears the app data or uninstalls the app.

Advertising

WYME uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Depending on the user's region and consent choices, Google may process IP address-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers to provide advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Advertising consent choices are presented where required.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play. CAVESTUDIO does not receive or store payment-card details. WYME receives purchase status and product entitlement information needed to provide the purchased feature.

Crash diagnostics

When release monitoring is configured, WYME may send crash reports, stack traces, performance traces, and device, operating-system, and app-version information to Sentry. WYME configures monitoring not to send participant names, account data, or default personal information. Monitoring is disabled in builds where no monitoring endpoint is configured.

2. Purposes

• Provide and remember app functionality and preferences.
• Display and measure advertisements and prevent advertising fraud.
• Process purchases and restore purchased entitlements.
• Diagnose crashes and improve reliability when monitoring is enabled.

3. Third-party services

These providers process information under their own privacy policies and retention terms. Information may be processed in countries other than the user's country of residence.

4. User choices

Users can change eligible advertising consent choices from WYME's settings, reset or delete the Android advertising identifier in device settings, clear WYME's local data, or uninstall the app. Purchase history and payment information are managed through Google Play.

5. Children

WYME is not directed to children under 13. CAVESTUDIO does not knowingly request names, contact details, or accounts from children through WYME.

6. Security and retention

Data transmitted by third-party SDKs is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption. Local preferences remain on the device until cleared or the app is uninstalled. Third-party providers retain data according to their respective policies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when WYME's features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are published.

기기에만 저장되는 정보

마지막으로 선택한 게임, 소리·진동·색상 보조 설정, 완료한 게임 수, 최근 광고 표시 시각, 광고 제거 구매 상태를 기기에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 CAVESTUDIO 서버로 전송되지 않으며 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 삭제됩니다.

WYME는 Google Mobile Ads(AdMob)를 사용합니다. 이용자의 지역과 동의 선택에 따라 Google은 광고 제공, 분석 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치, 앱 상호작용, 진단 정보, 기기 또는 광고 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 동의 선택 화면을 제공합니다.

구매

선택적 구매는 Google Play에서 처리합니다. 회사는 결제 카드 정보를 수신하거나 저장하지 않습니다. WYME는 구매 기능 제공에 필요한 구매 상태와 상품 이용 권한 정보만 전달받습니다.

오류 진단

출시 모니터링이 설정된 경우 WYME는 오류 보고서, 스택 추적, 성능 추적 및 기기·운영체제·앱 버전 정보를 Sentry에 전송할 수 있습니다. 참가자 이름, 계정 정보 또는 기본 개인정보를 전송하지 않도록 설정하며, 모니터링 주소가 설정되지 않은 빌드에서는 이 기능이 비활성화됩니다.

각 제공자는 자체 개인정보처리방침과 보유 기간에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 이용자의 거주 국가 외 지역에서 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

4. 이용자 선택권

이용자는 WYME 설정에서 해당되는 광고 동의 선택을 변경하고, 기기 설정에서 Android 광고 식별자를 재설정 또는 삭제하며, WYME의 로컬 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 수 있습니다. 구매 내역과 결제 정보는 Google Play에서 관리합니다.

5. 아동

WYME는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 WYME를 통해 아동의 이름, 연락처 또는 계정 정보를 의도적으로 요청하지 않습니다.

6. 보호 및 보유

제3자 SDK가 전송하는 정보는 전송 중 업계 표준 암호화로 보호됩니다. 로컬 설정은 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남으며, 제3자 제공자는 각자의 정책에 따라 정보를 보유합니다.

7. 변경

앱 기능, 법적 요구사항 또는 서비스 제공자가 변경되면 본 방침을 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경사항을 게시할 때 시행일을 갱신합니다.
